Raquel did an amazing job assisting us with the process of purchasing our new home. She was quick to answer our questions. If she didn't know the information, she reached out to others to get the answers we needed. Raquel's communication with us was great. We always knew what was happening. She went above and beyond. Since we were living in Alaska while trying to purchase a home in NM, we needed to have that communication. She went above and beyond for us in every aspect of the process. We had questions and concerns about the HVAC unit with the home. Raquel reached out to several companies that specialize in HVAC units, getting replacement costs, etc. Because Raquel couldn't answer some of our questions, she got us in touch with a couple of companies to talk to us directly for answers. I think the biggest thing for us was that we felt that Raquel was always available for us, and we had 100 percent confidence in Raquel.
